Who it is for

  • Owner-led businesses (5–50 staff). Two discovery sessions.

  • Larger organisations and departments. Up to four discovery sessions.

Who joins each session is agreed on the introductory call.

When it makes sense

  • A core system needs replacing, or a software contract is up for renewal.
  • Staff use AI tools with no shared rules.
  • A pilot was approved but never reached everyday use.
  • A strategy exists, and you need help putting it into practice.
  • Your team needs better information for day-to-day decisions.
  • You know AI could help, but not where to start.

How the two weeks run

  1. Introductory call

    20 minutes, free

We check the fit, I explain the Assessment, and we agree who should join the sessions.

  2. Booking and questionnaire

about 20 minutes of your time

You confirm the booking and fill in a short questionnaire.

  3. Session with management

    45 minutes

Your goals, the pressures on the business, where it is heading, and which problems matter most.

  4. Session with the people who use the processes day to day

    45 minutes

How work actually moves through the business, step by step, from where it comes in to what goes out. For departments, a further session with IT.

  5. Analysis

my time, about five working days

I map your main processes and work out which changes will pay off first.

  6. Report

within seven working days of the last session

Sent two days before the review call, so you can read it first.

  7. Review call

    45 minutes

We go through the quick wins and the larger opportunities, answer your questions, and agree next steps.

What the Assessment gives you.

A report in plain language, with a clear plan you can act on.

  1. Summary: the main problems, the outcome to aim for, and the hours and money at stake.

  2. How work flows today: a simple map of your main processes, with the bottlenecks marked.

  3. Quick wins: up to six changes within 30 days, mostly with tools you already have.

  4. Tools and data: what you use now, what connects, and where your data should be kept.

  5. Next steps: your options, from doing it yourselves to a project or a partnership.

  • Sample report page: summary, with invented data
  • Sample report page: priorities, with invented data
  • Sample report page: quick wins, with invented data

Clear terms from the start.

The aim is to gain your team at least five hours a week. Scope and cost are agreed on the first call.

You pay vendors directly, and I take no commissions. If I ever have an arrangement with a vendor, I tell you before you decide.

Questions

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. I explain everything in plain terms, and every recommendation is described by what it changes for your business: time, cost and risk.

Will you tell us to buy new software?

Only where there is a real gap. I check what your current tools can already do first, then off-the-shelf options, and only then anything custom.

Where does our data go?

Every recommendation follows your data policy. If you do not have one, I help you decide what stays in-house, what stays in Switzerland, and what can go abroad.

How is my information handled?

A confidentiality agreement is in place before the first session, and we agree how our discussions, documents and data will be handled. I work in the systems you already trust, or on local or Swiss-hosted models, and your data is never used to train AI models.

Do you give legal advice?

No. I give technology and process advice. On questions of data protection law or the rules of your sector, your legal adviser has the final word.

What happens during the analysis?

I map your main processes, check what your current tools can already do and how they connect, and look at off-the-shelf options. I check each option against your data rules and estimate the time saved and the cost.

Can you build the solution as well as recommend it?

Yes. I design and set up process changes, integrations, automations and prototypes, built and tested with your team and kept in your own accounts. For larger systems such as ERP or CRM, I help you choose the right platform and implementation partner.

What if the Assessment finds nothing worth doing?

Then I will tell you. You still keep the report, with a map of how your work flows and where your tools and data stand.

Do you work in French, English or German?

French and English. German-speaking clients are welcome to work with me in English.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your business and what it needs. The Assessment has a fixed price, which I share on the introductory call.

We look at your situation and whether an Assessment fits. It is free, and you decide what happens next.
