Technology & AI advisory for Swiss businesses and teams
The right technology, built to fit your business.
Find the processes that cost you time and money. Simplify them. Then support them with technology that fits your business.
Where businesses get stuck.
Disconnected tools
Data copied by hand between systems. Hours lost to steps that add no value.
AI stuck in pilot
Projects that looked promising but never became part of daily work.
AI without rules
People use different tools in different ways. No clear view of where data ends up.
You know technology, automation and AI can help. What you need is a safe, practical plan to get there.
How I help
A practical plan, built around how your business works.
We start with how the work gets done today. Then we simplify it, connect the tools you already have, and bring AI and automation into daily work, with clear rules for your data.
1. Understand the problem
How work gets done today, and where it gets stuck.
2. Define the outcome
What success looks like, and how it will be measured.
3. Design the solution
Built around the systems you already have. New tools only where there is a gap.
4. Build and enable
Tested with the people who will use it. Set up in your accounts, run by your team.
Start with an Assessment.
A fixed-price first step. Based on its report, you decide whether to go further, and how.
Assessment
A small investment that aims to gain your team at least five hours a week and leave you with a plan you can use on its own.
Projects
Fixed-scope work based on what the Assessment found.
Ongoing partnership
Regular working sessions, one process at a time, until your team can run improvements on its own.
Scope and cost of the Assessment are agreed on the first call.
What the Assessment gives you.
A report in plain language, with a clear plan you can act on.
- Clarity: what to do first, and why.
- A number: hours and money at stake, from your own figures.
- Quick wins: up to six changes within 30 days.
- A data map: which data can be used with which tools, and where each kind must be kept: in-house, in Switzerland or abroad.
This is technology and process advice, not legal advice. Where a question depends on data protection law or your sector's rules, I point it out so you can check it with your legal adviser, who has the final word.
Then you choose: do it yourselves, start a project, or set up a partnership.
