Background

Seven years at Geneva Airport with SITA, building and leading the on-site team responsible for the airport's mission-critical systems: passenger processing, baggage, parking and security.

Nearly ten years on the vendor side, managing SITA's key accounts in Switzerland and advising senior leaders at Geneva Airport, Zurich Airport, Swissport International, IATA and MSC Cruises on complex technology programmes, often bringing in partners to deliver what one company could not alone.

Operations taught me what it takes to keep critical systems running. The vendor years taught me to shape solutions around what clients need, and to get very different teams agreeing on the right one.

Independent since 2020, with clients in professional services, healthcare technology and aviation. Working as GCV Advisory, focused on AI, since August 2025.

How I keep learning

Technology is moving faster than ever, so learning never stops. I learn best by doing: taking on hard problems, testing tools on real tasks and building prototypes until the right solution is clear.

In September 2026 I completed a one-year executive certificate at MIT Professional Education, Digital Transformation in the AI Age, covering how AI models work, how to govern them and how to lead the change they bring.

What guides my work

  • AI only where it is the right tool. AI results can vary, so oversight has to be built in. Sometimes a simple automation does the job better and more predictably, or a custom tool solves a specific problem more accurately.

  • Running costs count. I use the smallest model that does the job well, including open-source models. The running cost is part of the decision.

  • The approach works across sectors. Tools, technology and rules differ from one sector to the next. The way of working stays the same: understand how the work is done, bring the right people together, and learn the specifics quickly.

Outside client work

I co-founded Shift Health Education, a Swiss social-impact organisation that brings health and life skills education to more than 4,100 students a year. I lead its commercial, operational and technology direction.

Based in Vaud, working across Switzerland

English and French, with clients across Switzerland and remotely abroad. German-speaking clients are welcome to work with me in English.

If you are unsure which technology or AI projects to focus on, or how to get them into everyday use, let's talk.
