Glen Vorster

For over 20 years I have sold complex technology, run mission-critical operations in regulated environments, and built the systems behind digital transformation. That includes a decade advising senior and C-level leadership across Swiss aviation and transport, including Geneva Airport, Zurich Airport, Swissport International, and IATA.

Since 2020 I have run an independent consulting practice across technology strategy and digital transformation. More recently, I design and build the AI and automation systems that turn that strategy into production, tested in my own businesses before being brought to clients.Currently completing a twelve month Executive Certificate in Digital Transformation in the AI Age, MIT Professional Education.

Approach & Philosophy

I work with organizations that need more than surface-level recommendations. My practice combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution—defining the constraint, setting the target metric, and building the systems that move it.
